How do I cancel? I don’t see an ‘unbook’ button…LOL. Sabreena has a jazz band performance this evening; did not know about it until last night!

Okay, so I figured out how to do it via bookingbug, but it says “I’m sorry, you cannot currently automatically cancel this booking. Please phone to see if it is still possible to cancel this booking without penalty.” What is my penalty? Beat me up!!! LOL
