I am now using BookingBug for our events! This program is free to you, and I have tried to auto load as many of you as possible ( for ease of use). It is great for most of all of our programs, as they are free, however, for the beach trip and other events that have fees, please make sure to make your payment via Paypal to Jacki@polycrafters.org. You can register for upcoming events by clicking on the side bar or on the “book now” button below.

I think when you preloaded us it created accounts for us all. It said I had an account already when I went to log in to RSVP for the beach. I reset the password which worked. But you might want to find out if the system set a default. Also after rsvping I couldn’t figure out a way to go back and actually apply payment to the outstanding invoice. Is payment via PayPal etc built into the site?

Hey Margaret! You’re a whipper-snapper! I did pre-load many people, but not all (I am a little behind). I am glad it worked for you! The free version of the software does not allow me to link Paypal directly. You’ll have to log into Paypal separately and email me (Jacki@polycrafters.org) your payment. I wish it were different but the upgraded software (with all the perks) costs about $20 a month, which is out of my price range right now.
I am interested in hearing out this worked for you and others.

Hi Jacki,
I will not be able to attend all 4 sock events so I am removing myself from the list as I understand that there are people on the waiting list who can attend all of them.
