These are the socks I started on Saturday Morning with the Sock Class (2@ATime-Toe_UP)
The reason this cast-on is special is that it allows you to start two sets of stitches without a seam or any bulky join. It allows you to create toes without end seams! It is wonderful! Here are the socks I started on Saturday with Judy’s magic cast on.
I promised some resources: here is a series of YouTube videos showing Judy’s Magic CastOn.
… coming up will be no wrap short row heels. We can also talk about other heel options as well.
Happy Crafting!

Hiya! I am working on my socks and wanted to know how far I should go before next Saturday. 2 or 3 inches before the heel?
Thanks!

Hi Kristine,
That’s great! We missed you on Saturday. Your socks should be knitted right up to about 1.5 inches from the apex of your heel for a short row heel. It is pretty forgiving.
Let me know if you have any other questions,
Happy Crafting,
